Types of Media
Plastic Media: Resin-bonded abrasive media designed for precision deburring, edge radiusing, and surface smoothing of softer metals and sensitive components. It ensures controlled cut rates and minimal surface impact, with customizable solutions tailored to specific application needs.Porcelain Media: Non-abrasive media are used for fine polishing and high-gloss finishes. Ideal for applications requiring surface brightness without dimensional change.
Ceramic Media: Available in a wide range of abrasive grades for effective deburring, descaling, and general-purpose surface finishing. Suited for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We offer customization for your application on customer requests.
Steel Media: Carbon or stainless-steel media designed for burnishing, light deburring, and work hardening. Delivers a mirror-like finish and enhances surface density.
Drying Media: Agro-based media such as corn cob and Walnut, used for efficient moisture removal post-processing without affecting surface integrity.
Special Media: Includes specialty solutions such as:
• Glass Beads for fine peening and gentle surface finishing.
• Anti-Sticking Balls to prevent media caking and improve separation in finishing machines.
• Wooden Media to deburr acetate, ceramic tableware, and wooden components.
